The City of Broken Arrow is searching for a Talent Manager! This full-time position is based at City Hall Annex and is responsible for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing and on-boarding employees to the City of Broken Arrow.

Major Duties:
  • Executes recruitment efforts to meet the current and future staffing needs of the City
  • Develops, coordinates and oversees efforts in employment marketing and employment branding campaigns
  • Develops and leverages social media to broaden talent reach and strengthen the applicant pool
  • Designs and maintains an employee recruitment, on-boarding and retention experience consistent with the goals and objectives of the City
  • Collects and evaluates information for hiring processes
  • Conducts new-hire orientation sessions
  • Serves on interview committees and creates City-wide interview resources
  • Maintains and updates job descriptions
  • Makes policy recommendations to the Assistant Director of Human Resources regarding recruitment and employment practices
  • Trains, assigns, schedules, evaluates and disciplines personnel
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
