Independent Bookstore – McHuston Booksellers & Irish Bistro in the Rose District made the Tulsa World’s Five to Find

Scott Cherry, Tulsa World Scene writer, had a piece today that highlighted five Tulsa Area Independent Bookstores.

Broken Arrow’s very own McHuston Booksellers & Irish Bistro made his list.

3. McHuston Booksellers & Irish Bistro, 3122 S. Main St., Broken Arrow, 918-258-3301, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday —  Owner Larry Hoefling’s store specializes in Irish, Celtic, military history, trains, hard-to-find and general interest books. Son Dustin runs the Irish bistro, serving lunch 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday-Saturday.

If you love bookstores like I do, then you must absolutely stop in and see Larry while enjoying the Rose District. McHuston’s is also a great place to grab lunch. See them on Facebook – McHuston Booksellers & Irish Bistro.
